Bio
Csaba Pálfi is a versatile clarinetist, active chamber musician and orchestral performer. He is principal bass clarinetist of the Hungarian State Opera Orchestra and co-founder of the Weiner Ensemble.He performed on international stages, including the Encuentro de Música de Santander, Aldeburgh Music Festival, and Orlando Festival. At these illustrious events, he shared the stage with remarkable musicians such as Alexandra Tirsu, Josu de Solaun, Iliya Kondratiev, Wolfram Christ, Hansjörg Schellenberger, Radovan Vlatković, Felix Renggli, Chen Halevi, and Nicholas Daniel.Csaba Pálfi is the Assistant Professor of Clarinet at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest. In addition to his educational duties, Csaba has given masterclasses in Italy, Spain, North-Macedonia, Japan, and South Korea. Furthermore, he is a regular guest lecturer at the MiraTone International Chamber Music Festival.Csaba Pálfi is an official Yamaha Artist and an ambassador of JLV Sounds.
